Classic provide the total package for your home extension, from planning to a full turn-key finished job. All plumbing, electrics and total project management are all included. All of the staff on site are employed by Classic are qualified tradesmen, thus giving you total peace of mind during your building project. Classic liaise with you during the entire project in order to insure that simple things that you request can be put in place easily, for example location of radiators, light points, TV point, sockets and surround sound speaker wire.

Here is a step by step guild just so you know what to expect during the process from concept to completion.
After contacting us, a Company representative will appoint a convenient time to call to discuss the proposed project and make recommendations.
A detailed quotation will be emailed and posted in hardcopy to you home within 3/4 days.
On deciding to proceed with the project, a convenient time would be appointed to complete a comprehensive survey of your requirements with your project manager, contract signed and booking deposit paid.
Your booking deposit will hold what’s called a ‘slot date’. This is the day when you job will commence.
There will be a weekly payment for only works that are completed.
Total site clearance and professional cleaning of job.
Our Company architect will then survey the works and issue a certificate of substantial compliance with building regulations and exemption of planning.
Where a planning permission may be required our company architect will prepare plans to meet with your requirements for submission to your local authority to obtain planning permission.
A clean and tidy work environment is kept at all times.
