When you are in guarantee all parts and labour are free of charge. All replacements parts will be new and installed by one of our professional team. You guarantee starts from the date of your instillation.
We offer a 10 year guarantee on all window and door frames.
(Scratches to frames or glass must be reported within 7 days from instillation)
We offer a 5 year guarantee on all sealed units from braking down.
(A sealed unit if not properly sealed will normally brake down within weeks)
We offer a 1 year guarantee on all hinges and locks.
(If your windows and doors are treated correctly your hinges and locks should never have to be replaced)
Our guarantee does not cover natural wear, inappropriate treatment, changes and encroachments by third parties.
